1953 FORD CRESTLINE VICTORIA
1953 Ford Crestline Victoria Glass Top
VIN# B3BV116174
The Ford Motor Company observed its Golden Anniversary in 1953, announced on its cars by special steering-wheel-hub medallions. The 1953 model year produced record sales for Ford, which introduced engineering advancements and transformative styling. The Crestliner, which debuted at the 1953 New York Autorama, featured a new optional overhead valve V-8 displacing 239 cubic inches and rated at 110 horsepower, and a dramatic plexiglass roof panel. The 1953 Crestliner featured here is finished in Flamingo Red with Sungate Ivory top, with a clean and fresh interior in Mahogany Vinyl and Brown Nylon Craftloom. A very nice example of Ford’s Fiftieth Anniversary Crestliner.
