1961 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible
390 cid, 325 HP V-8, automatic transmission. Black, leather bucket seats and white top. Car was equipped with usual amenities, power steering, brakes, windows, driver’s seat, antenna, top and also fitted with factory air conditioning and cruise-control. Mounted on dash board is plaque that states car was made for a “John Peak”. It appears that this car was built with bucket seats, usually an option reserved for the Eldorado. Appears to have had one repaint in original color, trunk is done in black velveteen-like material. Body work looks to be pure factory, paint does have some swirl marks and areas that were not properly masked, chrome is generally very good but not perfect. Under the hood looks to be in order, but could benefit from a detailing as could the top bows and well.
